Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
All competitions are promoted by Intrinsic Skincare UK, 115 Merton Road, London, SW19 1ED. Email: info@intrinsicshop.co.uk

2. Eligibility
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Intrinsic Skincare UK and their immediate families. Specific eligibility requirements for individual competitions will be stated in the relevant promotional material.

3. How to Enter
Entry methods and requirements will be stated clearly for each individual competition. Unless otherwise stated, one entry per person applies. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.

4. Competition Period
The opening and closing dates for each competition will be stated in the relevant promotional material and on Intrinsic Skincare's social media channels.

5. The Prize
The prize for each competition will be stated in the relevant promotional material. No cash alternative is available for any prize. Prizes are non-transferable.

6. The Draw
Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. Draws will take place live on Intrinsic Skincare's social media channels (Facebook and Instagram).

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email or direct message within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.

8. Prize Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, prizes will be delivered to UK mainland addresses only within 14 days of the winner confirming their postal address.

9. Data Protection
Personal data submitted as part of any competition will be used by Intrinsic Skincare UK to administer the competition and, where consent has been given, to send marketing communications. Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at intrinsicshop.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. Intrinsic Skincare UK is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration number C1965303. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

10. General

  • The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw any competition at any time without notice.
  • Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
  • By entering any competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
