RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — UK

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk with a description and photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you including return shipping.


OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.


YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at info@intrinsic-sc.com before the cancellation period expires.


RETURNING YOUR ORDER

If you cancel your order you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked return service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include the original delivery cost where you are returning your entire order.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
