STANDARD ORDERS
Standard one-time orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and our Returns & Refund Policy will apply.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
If you have placed a subscription order you may cancel at any time before your next scheduled dispatch by contacting us at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk at least 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch date.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before your next scheduled dispatch cannot be guaranteed and the order may still be processed and dispatched.
GIFT CARDS
Gift card purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable once issued.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the product is dispatched by contacting us at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.
