Shipping policy

We ship to all UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Standard tracked delivery: 2-3 business days — £4.00

Free shipping on all orders over £30.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 12pm on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

TRACKING

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your order they will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels that are not collected or redelivered within Royal Mail's holding period.

LOST OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of your dispatch notification please contact us at info@intrinsicshop.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
